REGISTRATION FORMS
Junior golf programs are open to girls and boys ages 6 to 17. Some
programs are restricted to certain ages. They are noted throughout
the descriptions.
Junior Golf Registration – Saturday March 6, 2010
This is the first day registration is permitted for any program. Doors
open at 8 am at the Neshanic Valley Learning Center. Registration
is on a first come, first serve basis. Payment may be made by
check, credit card, or cash. Register early as programs fill quickly.
Spring Tune Up
This 5-day program is aimed at those with golf experience. It is an
8-hour refresher on basic setup, swing fundamentals, with a strong
emphasis on short game skills. Ages: 10 to 17 Fee: $130 Max: 50

Junior Welcome to Golf
A 1-hour golf clinic for county Juniors held on the first Saturday of
May and June. This program is aimed at exposing more children to
the game.
Ages: 12 and under Fee: None
Junior Golf School (2-hour program)
These 5-day, 10-hour programs cover all aspects of the game.
Children are divided by age and taught the game from the cup back.
Ages: 8 to 17 Fee: $130 Max: 50 Students (scroll down for schedule)
Junior Golf School (6-hour program)
These 5-day, 30-hour programs cover all aspects of the game and
include on course evaluation and instruction. These classes are for
experienced players who must pass a qualifying event.
Ages 10 to 17 Fee: $400 Max: 20 Students (scroll down for schedule)
Advanced Junior Golf School
These 3-day, 12-hour programs are for juniors with advanced skills
and extensive playing experience on regulation courses. There is
a four-to-one student-to-teacher ratio. This program includes range
work with video recording, course developing, shot making and
course management skills under the direction of the professional
staff.

Junior Golf Leagues
Junior Golf Four Course Rotation Legue
Green Knoll, Quail Brook, Spooky Brook, Warrenbrook
Fee: $20 plus weekly green fee
Tee times will be assigned day of league beginning at 12:30 pm.
Registered in-county junior golfers compete in a 6-week 9 hole
league that rotates between the courses listed above on Mondays.
Players must be able to shoot 65 or less for 9 holes on a regulation
course. Competitors must play in at least four events to qualify
for awards. Awards will be presented to top finishers in all flights.
Flights are based on age in both boys and girls divisions.

Junior Golf Academy League
Neshanic Valley Academy Course
Fee: $20 plus weekly green fee
Assigned tee times between 8 am – 10am
Registered in-county junior golfers compete in a 6-week 9 hole
league at the Neshanic Valley Academy course every Wednesday.
Players must be able to shoot 55 or less on the Academy course.
Players must play at least four weeks to qualify for awards. Awards
will given to top finishers in all flights. Flights are based on age in
both boys and girls divisions.

Green Knoll Pitch and Putt
Fee: $20 plus weekly green fee
Tee off start at 9 am with foursomes being created
Junior golfers compete in a 6-week 9 hole pitch and putt league
every Tuesday. The league is designed for golfers of all abilities.
Clubs and balls are available at the course. Players must play in at
least 4 weeks to qualify for awards. Awards will be given out to top
finishers in all flights. Flights are based on age in both boys and
girls divisions.

Introduction to Junior Golf -Clinics
In addition to the formal schools, the professional staff offers FREE
clinics to introduce juniors to golf. The clinics take place on the first
Saturday of May (5-1-10) and June (6-5-10) for one hour each from
10 am to 11 am. Range balls and clubs are available. There are no
fees and advanced registration is not required.
